Are your bags for sales?

Yes, do give us your quotes through emails.

Are your bags authentic?

Yes, we guaranteed to be 100% authentic. These are our very own precious collections of bags at home, do take care of them like how you would do with your own designers' bags. We do not purchase our bags from any second-hand retailers.

How is the condition of the bag in?

Most of our bags are newly brought. For those which are brought quite some time back, are well-maintained too. All the pictures are taken at their original state, no photoshop or extraction of pictures from other website.

What form of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash on delivery or transfer via our bank accounts only.
However, you will need to give us a $50 refundable deposit for every bag you rent.
'FREE' Delivery for bag rental of $50 and above, otherwise there will be a $5 delivery fee.

What does the bags' status mean?

Available: The bags are available for rental immediately.
Not Available: The bags are currently rented out. Do email us to queue for it.

I cant see my dream bag here?

Do visit our website regularly. We love bags, and will stock up our collections almost every month. Alternatively, you can email us the details of your dream bag. We might like it and buy off the shelf for rental!


When does the rental starts and ends?

It will starts once the bag is delievered to your door steps. You are entitled to keep the bag as stated in our agreement. We will send and collect the bag personally at your door steps.


How long can the bag be rent?

It can be rented as what we have agreed intially. However, if you wish to keep the bag longer, it will be subject to the availability and as long as the rental fee are received.

What if the bag is lost/damaged/dirty?

We will charged you with a replacement or repair fee, which will vary depending on the bags.

Can i rent out my own branded bag instead?

Currently we do not help others in renting out their bags, however, you can try listing it in www.sgbagrental.com/ which allows free listing of bags for rental.
